refence to the Advertisement published in various newspapers vide INF(P) No. 1121/23 dated 04.06.2023. it is to inform for the general public that Serial No. 21 may be added as "the area shall be auctioned inclusive of Royalty, however, the successful bidder / lessee shall pay annual rent, excise duty, professional tax, taxes and other Government dues as determined by the government from time to time". all other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
