EXPRESSION
OF INTERSET (UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL)
1. The following Firm has
submitted unsolicited Joint Venture proposal on profit sharing basis under section 10 of the Khyber
Pakhtunkhwa Mines and Minerals Act, 2017 to the
Minerals Development Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
2. The Firm offered the
following profit sharing proposal to the Department in respect of the area of mentioned below:

3. Profile and other
information of the Firm are available at Joint Venture Cell of the Department.
4. Any other organization
having better profit sharing and technical proposal in respect of the proposed area of Joint Venture
mentioned above can approach this Department
within fifteen days of the publication of this advertisement.
5. The Firm that has
submitted the unsolicited proposal will hold first right of refusal as per the Act ibid.
6. Details Terms and
Conditions, Technical pre-qualification criteria, Forms/Challans, sketch
of the proposed joint venture area and proposal of the Firm can be downloaded from the website of the
Department or can be obtained from the JV cell of
the Directorate General Mines and Minerals, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
7. The proposed joint
venture area submitted by the Firm may be granted after declining overlapping with other
granted areas or granted area through Joint ventures
with the Department, forest areas, wildlife reserved areas, national park, agricultural land or human dwellings
and strategic area etc. as per the Act ibid.
8. The Interested
organizations that submits better Proposal
in response of this Expression
of Interest (EOI) must be having NOC from Ministry of Defence Government of Pakistan for
prospecting, extraction and development of Phosphate in the proposed joint venture area.
9. If and when the entire
proposed joint venture area or any part thereof is required in the public interest by any Government
Agency or Department the same shall be surrender
by the successful party/organization without any claim.
10. The successful
organization/bidder shalll
also pay royalty, excise duty and other taxes notified
by Government from time
to time in addition to net profit share.
